I got my intellicare card po from my company.. planning to go to a dentist po.. but honestly it will be my first time to visit a dentist my entire life po.. and with the condition po ng aking teeth its not really good. I can consider it worst. ,, my 3 front teeth po sira na xia .. ung 2nd premolar – 3rd molar ko decayed na din po tpos may naiwan pang mga ngipin upper and lower part.. if i am going to count with my tongue almost 12 na po ang sira.. anu pong dapat kong gawin.
