I just had an appointment with my dentist but was surprised as she only changed my elastic band and no adjustment were made though I still paid for the monthly 1.5K for my braces.

She told me that the reason would be I will be back after 1 month so she did not make any adjustment.Does that make sense?

My question is Was I really supposed to pay 1.5k for just the elastic band change?
