I have braces po,hindi po ba ito cause ng sobrang grinding?kinikil po kasi ng dentists ko ung pre-molars ko,para malabas daw ung sungki.?Even nung hindi pa po ako naka braces sumasakit na hindi nga lang ganito kadalas.But now madalas nang sumasakit ung gums ko,anu po ba ung causes nito?and whats the best treatments on my gums to ease the pain?pls.reply..I need ur feedback po.

Ngayon po yung dentist ko she grinded my 1st and 2nd molar teeth to create a bit spaces daw para lumabas ung sungki! ngaun po doc nag ka space naman siya at lumabas ung sungki but the problem is sumasakit ung mga molars ko na grind niya! Im worried po baka hindi maalis ung sakit hindi naman po consistent ung sakit almost how many months kuna tong nararamdaman.My dentist told me to use sensodyne to relieve the sensitivity pain,pero parang useless lang,i saw may molars po parang lumiit after she grinded..May lunas pa po ba ito?para mawala ung kirot??My question doc is tama bang i grind ung teeth to create a space?and what alternatives that u should suggest para mawala ung kirot aside for using sensodyne?
